What is happening in Syria?

We all are seeing and hearing the painful news coming from Syria every day. There are thousands of people being killed every day. We are just sitting away and watching Syria ruined but we do not know what is the reason behind this decadent issue, so today we have come to tell the reason. This situation in Syria is a civil unrest in which the Syrian people have stood against their Prime Minister Bashar Al Assad. Actually, Assad is a Shia, but approximately 83% of Syrian people are Sunni. Over the years Sunnis were being tortured, their human rights were flogged. One reason for this rebellion was that poverty was increasing in Syria, in 2007-08 there was a great famine.

What is happening in Syria?

After that in March 2011 many people in Syria went to the streets against their PM and started demanding a democratic government, but the Syrian police opened fire on agitators, after which the movement took a terrible appearance and the agitators also took up arms raised and a movement took the form of war. And this war got tangled as many parties have entered.

The first party is the Syrian government or PM Bashar Al Assad who is acting like a dictator and do not want to leave his throne, he is attacking his own people. Iran, Russia and China have been supporting Assad government, in which China is just giving diplomatic support.

The second group is the Free Syrian Army, In 2011, many soldiers resigned simultaneously and created a military to fight against Assad government, named after the free Syrian army. These people want to remove Assad government and bring a secular government. With the help of USA, UK, Gulf countries, Turkey and Jordan, this party has become Syria’s largest rebel group.

The third party is Radical opposition, it is an extremist group that wants to remove Assad’s government and set up an Islamic government in Syria, some Gulf countries also supporting this group, but by concealing hidden because they are working like a militant group.

The fourth party is ISIL, which started in Iraq in 2014, was a branch of Al-Qaeda, but after some time Al-Qaeda made the statement that ISIL is not a branch of Al-Qaeda because the people of ISIL are very cruel. ISIS is also a major role in this war with ISIL.

The fifth group is Kurdish people who are in the northern part of Syria. This is an ethnic tribe, after world war 2 this tribe was divided into three countries. But by taking advantage of the situation of war in Syria, they declared themselves autonomous and working like a free country.

What is happening in Syria?

In August 2013, Assad launched a chemical attack on his own people in the city of Ghouta, after which the Asaad condemned the whole world.
But after this, the organization of the prohibition of chemical weapons (IPCW) removed all chemical weapons from Syria, after which (OPCW) got the 2013 Nobel Peace Prize.

After some time when it seemed that the Assad would have to leave the throne and the war would end, at the same time, Iran supported Assad because Iran is the world’s largest Shia country and Assad is also a Shia.

The current situation, Iran is constantly bombing on the rebels in Syria, but innocents are being killed in it. And on the other hand, the Gulf countries or turkey are helping the Rebel group, the war continues.
We have a report of 2016, according to which 470000 peoples were killed. And this year 500-600 children were killed in just 4-5 days of February.
We can just hope that this war will stop soon because God can be so cruel.
