NIRF Ranking 2018.In the program of national institutional ranking framework 2018 held on 3rd April 2018 in New Delhi the ministry of human resources development (MHRD) of the government of India, “Sri Prakash Javedekar” has ranked the prestigious and higher educational institutions as per their performance. About National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF)

 

NIRF was launched by the minister of human resources development on 29the September 2015. It was established to rank institutions of higher education in India as per its performance and quality.
According to Ministry of Human Resource Development (HRD) report, there is a separate ranking system for different types of institutions depending on their performance for different types of institutions colleges, university, management institutions and architecture institutions.NIRF Ranking 2018

 

The main objective of NIRF Ranking 2018

 

1) Increase performance of youth

India has the youngest population in the world, so our government wants to increase the performance of our youth by giving this ranking.

2) To increase the quality of education

33% of world’s illiterate populations are Indian, so NIRF motivate us to change this scenario of education the country

3) To establish the educational environment

Investing in educational institutes and ranking them is the best way to create a healthy educational environment.

4) Infrastructure development

NIRF gives incentive to institute’s management to improve the infrastructure for attaining higher ranking in future.

NIRF has been doing a great for the welfare of the system.
